Residence Life

UW-Green Bay, Marinette Campus offers Student Apartment Housing for those students who wish to live on campus. The North Aire Apartments are affordable spacious one and two-bedroom partially furnished apartments located within walking distance of the Main Campus. North Aire Student Apartment housing is available for UW-Green Bay, Marinette Campus students. The apartments are a short walk to the main campus and directly across the street from the Field House on University Drive. Housing is also available to NWTC students on a space-available basis.

2020-2021 Rates

You’ll find that UW-Green Bay, Marinette Campus provides housing at an extremely reasonable cost. A security deposit is required of each resident. 

  • One Bedroom / One Person Apartment ($4,434 per semester)
  • One Bedroom / Two Person Apartment ($2,218 per semester)
  • Two Bedroom / Two Person Apartment ($3,353 per semester)
  • Two Bedroom / Three Person Apartment (smaller/single bedroom) ($2,489 per semester)
  • Two Bedroom / Three Person Apartment (larger/shared bedroom) ($2,109 per semester)
Payment Due

A $225 security deposit is due with your housing contract.

The professional staff at UW-Green Bay, Marinette Campus has a desire to serve students. From the policies upheld and the programs implemented, to the maintenance and custodial aspects, their job is to make your stay safe, comfortable, educational and fun.

Events and Programs

Every week during your stay in University Housing, the staff tries to plan some sort of program or event. Stop by the Housing Office in the main building or check the quad lobby.

Through the programs offered, it is our hope that you will build lasting relationships with your fellow residents, learn the importance of civic engagement, find opportunities to apply what you learn inside the classroom and be an active member of the residence hall community.

Summer 2021 Information

Summer housing will not be available at the Marinette campus for the 2021 season.

Many companies in the Marinette area host summer internships. College students from all over the United States become student interns and need affordable, nearby, quality living accommodations. At UW-Green Bay-Marinette, our North Aire Apartments are a short walk to the main campus and many local businesses.
