UW-Green Bay's Student Information System (SIS) is the way to get your grades via your unofficial transcript, view your degree progress report, and apply for graduation. Campus Track and BSN@Home students also will use SIS to register for classes. You will be receiving instructions from the UW-Green Bay Registrar’s Office or the BSN@Home Office for specifics. Please contact your advisor if you need assistance.
Note: BSN-LINC students register by following the instructions here.
If you don't have your log in ID and password, call the UW-Green Bay Help Desk at (920) 465-2309. They prefer to be contacted by phone. If that is impossible, contact them by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org. The Help Desk is open 8-4:30 (CST) M-F. Help Desk personnel can give you your SIS log in ID and reset your password after asking some identifying questions. Be certain to tell them that you are a Nursing Student.
To use the SIS:
- Log on to the UW-Green Bay website
- Click on Current Students
- Click on Student Info System
- At the Login screen that comes up, enter your SIS log-in ID and your password.
From that point, it's fairly apparent how to check grades, check degree progress, or apply for graduation. If you have questions about navigating in the SIS after you have logged on, the Help Desk can help you with that.
When you view and print-out your degree progress report, note that the requirements that are not yet met show up in bold type.
