Computing & Information Technology (CIT) Help Desk

The UW-Green Bay Help Desk is a service of the CIT User Support team. The Help Desk takes phone calls, email, and walk-ins from staff, faculty, and students who are experiencing software or hardware problems. Help Desk staff also provide onsite service calls to resolve problems as needed.

You can reach the Help Desk by calling extension 2309 or stopping by their walk-up location at IS 1150.
