Coping and Emotional Wellbeing

Self-care is incredibly important at all times, but particularly during times of enhanced stress. We are all experiencing a disruption of our daily routines and of our support structures. Many people are also dealing with health and financial uncertainty and concerns about children or at-risk family members. Remember that you need to take care of yourself before you can manage those issues or help others. These tips and resources can help.

Kress Center Stresses Safety in Reopening

The fitness center at the Kress Center reopened on Monday, August 10, 2020 to UW-Green Bay students, faculty and staff. Hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday. All patrons will be required to reserve a 75-minute time slot on the "UREC at UWGB" app to use the Fitness Center. All details and app instructions are available on the Kress Center website. UREC (University Recreation) also began renting outdoor equipment. In this video, Kress Center staff provide a snapshot of what early semester workouts will look like. Watch the video.
