Now more than ever, taking care of yourself and your health are critical. The UW-Green Bay Wellness Center and the Office of Covid Response are here to help.All enrolled students have access to counseling, medical and wellness services for free or at greatly reduced prices.

Emotional Wellbeing

Self-care is incredibly important at all times, but particularly during times of enhanced stress. We are all experiencing a disruption of our daily routines and of our support structures. Many people are also dealing with health and financial uncertainty and concerns about children or at-risk family members. Remember that you need to take care of yourself before you can manage those issues or help others. These tips and resources can help.
