Confidential destruction is scheduled approximately once per quarter. The next date is: to be determined.
If you have a more urgent need for the confidential destruction of materials (such as office moving), please contact the Archives at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have records approved for confidential destruction and want to have them destroyed at the next confidential destruction event, you must notify the Archives by submitting the following form, or conveying the same information in an email to email@example.com:
You will be instructed to bring your records to the IS Loading Dock at 12:00 on the date of the confidential destruction.
- You must stay with your records until they are loaded onto the shredder truck
- You do not need to remove staples or paper clips
- NO binders or hanging folders
You will receive an Outlook calendar appointment request for the next available confidential shredding date/time once the archivist verifies you have approval for confidential destruction of these records.
