Student Directory Request

The institution provides directory information for a fee of $75.00. Under the guidelines of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), an Excel spreadsheet with all requested FERPA compliant student directory information will be emailed to you within 3-5 business days of payment receipt. All requests are reviewed and subject to approval by the Registrar's Office.

For individuals submitting requests under the Solomon Amendment for military recruitment purposes, please submit a written request from your official email to registrar@uwgb.edu.
