Getting results and having a strong work ethic can get you noticed, but it may not be enough for you to keep advancing in the company. If you want to be viewed as leadership material and keep broadening the impact you are making in the workplace, you need to also have executive presence. Executive presence involves how you look, what you say, and how you interact with others. In this interactive program, you will learn how to develop your executive presence by learning how to:

• Look, feel and be confident

• Communicate in a way that portrays respect

• Help others feel valued, grow, and succeed

• Become viewed as a trusted, professional leader
