Teams are an integral part of the way that many businesses are structured today. Regardless of your industry or position, you have probably have experienced both the benefits and the challenges of leading and working with others in teams. This one-day workshop will help you to appreciate the value of teams in the workplace and provide some tips and techniques for increasing collaboration and effectively managing conflict.

Instructor:

John Koehler has had a successful and diversified career in the field of Human Resources and Organizational Design. His background includes thirty years of headquarters and field experience with four Fortune 100 companies.

John holds a Master of Science Degree in Management from Cardinal Stritch University and is a Senior Certified HR Professional sanctioned by the Society of Human Resource Management.

He is an accomplished associate instructor with the University of Phoenix and Concordia Universi-ty, where he teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Change Management, Human Re-sources, Leadership, Organizational Behavior, and Managing High Performance Teams.

In addition to teaching, he is founder and current president of HR Solutions LLC, a small business consulting firm.
