This workshop will help you set the stage for lifelong leadership effectiveness and give you the strategies and techniques to transform yourself into an effective, compassionate and influential leader.

Instructor:
John Koehler has had a successful and diversified career in the field of Human Resources and Organizational Design. His background includes thirty years of headquarters and field experience with four Fortune 100 companies.
John holds a Master of Science Degree in Management from Cardinal Stritch University and is a Senior Certified HR Professional sanctioned by the Society of Human Resource Management.
He is an accomplished associate instructor with the University of Phoenix and Concordia Universi-ty, where he teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Change Management, Human Re-sources, Leadership, Organizational Behavior, and Managing High Performance Teams.
In addition to teaching, he is founder and current president of HR Solutions LLC, a small business consulting firm.
