Whether you are fresh out of high school or a seasoned adult, college can be both exciting and stressful. As you try to juggle your academic studies, your personal life, and possibly a job and family, it can all get very overwhelming. If you find yourself struggling with sleep, experiencing a decreased ability to concentrate, experiencing a decrease in motivation, withdrawing from friends, family and things that you once enjoyed, it is time to call us before things get worse.

Costs and Confidentiality

The Counseling Center services provided by Agnesian Work & Wellness are always available at no cost to you as a UW-Green Bay, Sheboygan campus student.

While costs associated with referrals made outside of the covered Counseling Center services remain your obligation, the Counseling Center counselor can recommend agencies or professionals whose services are covered by your insurance, whose fees are based on your ability to pay, or whose assistance may be free or of minimal cost.

Individuals seeking Counseling Center services are assured complete confidentiality to the extent allowed by state and federal law.

No identifying information is ever released to the Sheboygan campus or anyone else regarding your Counseling Center participation unless requested by you and with your written consent.

Our Counselors

The Counseling Center at the Sheboygan campus is staffed by experienced clinicians from Agnesian Work & Wellness. Sheboygan campus students are eligible to schedule up to six one-hour appointments on campus or at Agnesian Work & Wellness, free of charge.

Terra BraatzTerra Braatz, MSE, NCC, LPC
Terra Braatz has provided services to individuals, couples, families and groups struggling with a variety of mental health issues. She has conducted individual therapy and group work with offenders in need of special mental health and behavioral treatment. Braatz has also worked with a diverse university student population while providing promotional/educational presentations, AODA screenings and counseling/assessment. She has a master’s degree in professional counseling.

Alayne StelselAlayne Stelsel, MA, LPC
Alayne holds a master’s degree in community counseling and is licensed in the State of Wisconsin as a professional counselor. She provides services to individuals, and couples, and has experience in addressing a variety of mental health concerns. She has previously provided in-home family therapy services to children, adolescents and families. Stelsel is passionate about helping others overcome life’s struggles, and living life more abundantly.
