Lexi Ahrens (@LexiAhrens7)
Degree: Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Human Services, University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point.
Sport Experience: played college soccer at UWSP and was a youth soccer coach for 3 years.
Research Interests: exercise motivation, gender differences in sport, body image, and team culture.
Hobbies: Running, cooking, reading, and gardening.
 
Ellea Bachmeier (@elleaelizabeth)
Degree: Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a Minor in Sociology, University of North Dakota.
Sport Experience: Ellea ran cross country, played hockey, participated in track and field and shot trap in high school. Throughout college, Ellea coached a youth girls summer running camp, coached youth club soccer, interned with Red River Valley Gymnastics, and managed the UND men’s rugby team.
Research Interests: Gender differences in sport, specifically gendertyped sports, reducing fear of injury, increasing confidence, and mental health of athletes.
Hobbies: Reading, watching TV shows and movies, exercising in a variety of ways but mainly ice skating and roller blading, and baking.

Anna Bomber (@Anna91837047)
Degree: Bachelor of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in Brain, Behavior and Health, University of Wisconsin – Green Bay. Sport/Performance Experience: Anna is a runner and has tap danced for many years, although the focus in this program is more on the artsy side with music performance! Anna was in choir and musical performances for years.
Research Interests: Social anxiety and goal setting.
Hobbies: Hanging out with friends, camping, music and school!

Emily Doran
Degree: Bachelor of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in Mental Health, University of Wisconsin – Green Bay. Sports Experience: Emily played basketball from around 5 years old up until junior year of high school and played softball from T-ball up until the summer before college. Emily was on select traveling teams and high school teams for both sports.
Research Interests: Mental health in sport and performance.
Hobbies: Being in nature, camping, all water activates (kayaking, jet skis, boating, swimming, etc.), and reading.
 
Brett Garst (@BrettGarst)
Degree: Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Ripon College.
Sport Experience: Brett played college football at Ripon College.
Research Interests: Relationship dynamics within organizations and teams, mental health, and sport performance.
Hobbies: Golfing, exercising, reading.
 
Kaylyn Herron (@KHerron7)
Degree: Bachelor of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in Brain, Behavior, and Health, University of Wisconsin – Green Bay.
Sport Experience: Kaylyn played soccer in high school and has soccer coaching experience with boys and girls aged 3-18, including assisting the Hortonville High School girls JV team and coaching Fox Cities United with a U9 Co-Ed Recreational team.
Research/Consulting Interests: take out the mental health and injuries portions; keep the coach athlete relationship and athletes motivation, burnout, and dropout. Kaylyn is interested in working with any level of athletes but mainly working with youth athletes.
Hobbies: Playing soccer, coaching, watching sports, reading, cooking,baking, hiking, and kayaking.
 
Robert (RJ) Lynch
Degree: Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science-Sport Management with a Minor in Psychology, University of Wisconsin – La Crosse.
Sport Experience: RJ was a Track and Field athlete in high school and Division III level. RJ also coached high school track for two years and was a volunteer collegiate track coach for UW-La Crosse and UW-Whitewater. RJ worked in the UW-La Crosse Sport Performance Center for four years.
Research Interest: Effect of mindfulness on peak performance, effects of meditation on skill acquisition, and perception of peak performance.
Research/Consulting Interest: Effects of mindfulness on performance, aphantasia in sports, and mindfulness in collegiate athletes
Hobbies: Running, lifting, reading, and writing, RJ has the first book of a three-point series After the End: An Eye for An Eye published on Amazon.
 
Beaux Myers (@BeauxMyers)
Degree: Bachelor of Science in Psychology, St. Norbert College.
Sport Experience: Beaux played 4 years of high school baseball and 4 years of collegiate golf at St. Norbert College.
Research Interests: psychological skill use, PETTLEP imagery, and psychology of injury.
Consulting interests: imagery, mindfulness, psychological skills training.
Hobbies: Staying active in any way but primarily play golf and soccer, spending time boating on the water, and enjoying any opportunity to travel whether domestic or international.
 
Cody Newton (@codynewto)
Degree: Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Development, University of Wisconsin – Green Bay.
Sport Experience: Cody played soccer, hockey, lacrosse, baseball, and volleyball.
Research Interests: Motivation and anxiety in athletes.
Hobbies: Soccer, hiking, and movies.
 
Meghan Pingel
Degree: Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Bachelor of Science in Human Development, University of Wisconsin – Green Bay.
Sport Experience: Meghan has always been involved in sports and is currently playing basketball at UW-Green Bay. Meghan has coached youth basketball at all ages up to high school.
Research/Consulting interests: motivation, confidence, the effect spirituality has on athletes' well-being and performance, and how coaching behaviors impact athletes' anxiety and self-efficacy. Consulting with exercise and athlete populations of all skill levels.
Hobbies: Playing sports, cooking, reading, card games, hiking, water sports, and traveling.
 
Kallie Reckner (@ktreck44)
Degree: Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Development, University of Wisconsin – Green Bay.
Sport Experience: Kallie was a three-sport athlete throughout youth and high school years and has various youth athletic coaching opportunities. Kallie was also a part of a yearlong Positive Youth Development Program through a youth sport program and a local YMCA.
Research Interests: Impact and importance of the coach-athlete relationship on the success/failure of athletes, stress related to Injury and its Impact on sport performance.
Hobbies: Spending time outdoors such as kayaking, hiking, biking, and boating,cheering on favorite sports teams in the NFL, NHL, MLB, and NBA, and spending time with friends and family.
 
Janne Roovers
Degree: Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a Minor in Computer Science, Northern Michigan University.
Sport Experience: Janne was on Northern Michigan University’s collegiate NCAA DII swim team for four years as a distance swimmer.
Research Interests: Performance Psychology.
Hobbies: Playing video and board games, fishing, hiking, swimming, cooking, hanging out with friends and many more.
 
Alex Sorlin (@BigAl1097)
Degree: Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Sports Medicine, University of Lynchburg.
Sport Experience: Alex has been involved in a variety of sports, most recently playing club soccer in college, participating in soccer and track in high school, and playing recreational baseball until college.
Research Interests: Motivation in sport and transitioning out of sport
Hobbies: Fishing, hiking, watching college and professional sports, and cooking.
 
Alec Treacy
Degree: Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Sport/Performance Experience: Alec participated in swimming and bowling in high school, but now focuses mostly on ultimate frisbee and underwater hockey at the club level. Alec also has experience as a musician, playing tenor saxophone and guitar.
Research Interests: Motivation, positive psychology, goal setting,psychophysiology, and effects of physical activity on mental and physical health.
Hobbies: Hiking/backpacking, playing ultimate frisbee and underwater hockey, fishing, kayaking, and watching the Milwaukee Brewers.

Lauren King
Undergraduate Degree: Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and History with a Chinese Studies Minor from Rhodes College
Sport Experience: Lauren has played softball at both the Division I and Division III level and is currently playing for UW-Green Bay. In addition to playing Lauren coached a youth travel softball team throughout high school and has been giving lessons throughout her college career. 
Research/Consulting Interests: Team Culture, Coach-Athlete relationships and their effects on performance, and motivation at the collegiate level. 
Hobbies: Playing sports, running, hiking, traveling, and anything outdoorsy.

Michaela Vosters 

Undergraduate Degree: Bachelor of Science inPsychology; University of Wisconsin - Green Bay
Sport Experience: Michaela was a competitive gymnast for 7 years and coached level 3 gymnastics for 3 years. Michaela lso helped coach young gymnasts while attending the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse. 
Research/Consulting Interests: Progression of positive mindsets after injury and motivational techniques to help professional athletes attain their peak performance.
Hobbies: Exercise, outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends!
 
Derrick Mason
Undergraduate Degree:  Journalism, Advertising and Media Studies from UW-Milwaukee
Sports Experience: Derrick is a former college baseball player and high school baseball coach.

Parker Anderson
Degree: Bachelors of Science in Psychology with a Sociology minor at the University of Wisconsin Stevens-Point
Sporting Experience: Parker played baseball and basketball for 4 years in high school and umpires baseball and softball.
Research/Consulting Interests: Work with collegiate, professional or Olympic athletes and social anxiety when it comes to performance in sport.
Hobbies:  Listening to podcasts, going to amusement parks, watching the Packers, Brewers, Badgers and Bucks and just being around others to converse.  
 
Abby Reckinger
Degrees: Master of Arts in Education: Differentiated Instruction for At-Risk Learners, Bachelor of Arts in Education
Sports experience: Abby was a division 1 swimmer at UW- Green Bay.  Throughout her life she has participated in track, distance running, triathlons, yoga, volleyball and tennis. Abby has coached swimming from the recreational level to high school. 
Research//Consulting Interests: all aspects of youth sports, keeping girls in sports, motivation, goal setting, mindset, and visualization
Hobbies: reading, spending time at the lake, and watching her kids play sports
