Is Your Department Interested in Getting Digital Signage?

Need assistance with your Digital Signage system? We're here to help! 
There is a $100 start-up fee that includes getting your Digital Signage player into the server and VISIX software, creating an account for you to access your content and screen in the software, creating a personalized layout and ticker, and testing content to ensure your player is ready for your use. From there, we charge $28 per hour to update content and resolve any technical issues or problems.

Renting Digital Signage

If your organization or department is interested in renting out digital signage for the day, we can help you! We have digital signage screens located in many areas around campus. Click here to view our maps of digital signage. We offer the opportunity to rent out any of the University Union managed screens (in green) to show just YOUR content specifically for your event (this is great if you need to direct customers to the location of your event). We also have a portable digital signage cart with a 55" TV screen that you can plug in anywhere there's an outlet!

Portable Cart-
Day: $30

Portable Cart rental is more expensive due to transporting to and from locations.

Digital Signage Guidelines

The purpose of these guidelines is to help UW-Green Bay faculty, staff, and student organizations create informative and meaningful digital signage content. The digital signage system displays advertisements created by recognized UW-Green Bay student organizations, student affairs, departments and administrative offices.

The digital signage system displays advertisements created by recognized UW-Green Bay student organizations, student affairs, departments and administrative offices.
* Advertisements must be for activities or events open to the campus community and focused towards students.
* Any advertisements that may go against the educational mission of the University (i.e. racist, degrading, and/or potentially offensive) are not allowed.
* Advertising of alcohol or controlled substances is not allowed.
* The name of the sponsoring University organization, department, or business must appear on the advertisement.
* All advertisements should contain the date, time, and location of the event, and any other descriptive information.
*Advertisements should be submitted in a 16x9 Units/Widescreen format jpeg, pdf or PowerPoint format. If you are uncertain how to do this, our graphics team is able to complete this for you for a small editing fee.
* For each submission, there should be a three day minimum requirement between the day of submission and the day of your event. 
* Editing fees may apply. If this is the case, you will be contacted before the department is charged.
*If submission is uploaded less than three days from event, there is no guarantee that your advertisement will be run.
