Overview

  • Your Fall 2020 Meal Plan swipes will be active on August 29, 2020 and must be used by 2:00 p.m. December 17, 2020.
  • All Meal Plans have a built-in overhead fee that covers the costs of plan administration as well as the utilities, maintenance, and repair of the dining venues throughout campus.
  • All Fall Apartment & Bay Block plans do not carry over to the Spring semester.
  • Your Spring 2021 Meal Plan will be loaded to your ID card during the week of January 17, begins on January 24, 2022 and must be used by May 13, 2021.
  • All plan meals are for use in The Marketplace inside Leona Cloud Commons with the Transfer Meals allowing access to the retail dining venues throughout campus.
  • If you have any Dining Points remaining after the Fall semester, they will carry over to the Spring semester. All Dining Points must be used by May 31, 2021.
  • If you want to change your meal plan or cancel your optional meal plan for the Spring semester, send an email in mid December to universityid@uwgb.edu. Please include your student ID# and the meal plan you want to change to.
  • The Pass Points associated with the Bay Block meal plan stay with you as long as you are enrolled as a student at UW-Green Bay.
  • Your Meal Plan will be billed directly to your SIS account each semester.
  • You are responsible for all spending.

Dining Points

  • Dining Points are added to a declining balance account on your ID card.
  • Students can use Dining Points for the purchase of food and soft beverage items at any Dining Services venue on campus.
  • Purchases made with Dining Points are exempt from sales tax.
  • Dining Points remaining at the end of the Fall semester will carry over to the Spring semester.
  • Dining Points are non-refundable, cannot be taken as cash or transferred to Pass Points.
  • ALL Dining Points must be used by May 31.
  • The University reserves the right to make appropriate adjustments or corrections to the amounts assigned to your Dining Points account. Any such adjustments will be fully documented and disclosed to you should you inquire about either your account balance or account transactions. Such inquiries need to be emailed to universityid@uwgb.edu. Account status can also be checked through the Online Card Office. It is your responsibility to keep track of your spending when using your Dining Points. After each transaction, your Dining Points balance is displayed at all locations where the University ID is accepted. If you attempt to make a purchase with an insufficient balance in your Dining Points, the transaction will not be approved. However, should the occasion arise when, due to system problems or otherwise, a purchase occurs with insufficient funds in your Dining Points (creating a "shortage" or "negative" amount), you agree to pay the negative amount against funds that may thereafter be deposited to your account or are charged for on your student account.

Transfer Program

  • The Transfer Meal Program allows Meal Plan participants to get a combo meal in retail dining venues outside of The Marketplace inside the Leona Cloud Commons.
  • A transfer meal equals one meal swipe and is deducted from the meal plan’s weekly or semester balance.
  • The Phoenix/All Access, Green 19, UWGB 14 & Varsity 10 Meal Plans allow up to 4 transfer meals per week. All other Meal Plans do not have a limit for transfer meals.
  • The Phoenix/All Access, Green 19, UWGB 14 and Varsity 10 Meal Plans allow only 1 transfer meal per day.
  • Please visit each retail dining venue for specific combo meal options.
