UW-Green Bay Style Guide
The UW-Green Bay Style Guide is a document that explains how to use our institutional identity as a vehicle to tell UW-Green Bay's story in a consistent and recognizable manner. In addition to guidelines for messaging, it provides standards for visual identifiers including logos, graphics, colors and typography.
All of the approved logo designs are available for download in a variety of file formats. Please refer to the UW-Green Bay Style Guide (pdf) for guidelines and instructions for correct use of the logo files.
In response to frequent requests for a signature for e-mail correspondence, we've created an e-mail signature generator. The generator is an easy-to-use tool that provides a consistent look and information structure. Links may be included in the signature to promote websites and social media accounts. This e-mail signature is designed purely with text formatting and does not use images, which can be problematic in increasing e-mail size, appearing to the recipient as attachments or rendering poorly. This e-mail signature is optionally available for UW-Green Bay accounts.
UW-Green Bay Idea Submission
Nothing builds a brand like powerful stories. We need YOU – brand champions to share your great news recognizing the excellent work of our faculty, staff and students. UW-Green Bay's brand is simply a platform for communicating those attributes for which UW-Green Bay is already well known. Our brand core is established by our culture and was simply verbalized and formalized by perception research.
PowerPoint and Word templates
Official UW-Green Bay PowerPoint presentations, reports, and displays created by campus units for external audiences should incorporate the University’s Primary Institutional Identity Mark(s) in a place of ownership. To help facilitate this, we've created Microsoft templates to be used for official faculty and staff use.
