Group Fitness Instructor Training Program
Every Spring UREC hosts an in-house group fitness instructor training program.
Learn to teach various types of group fitness classes (yoga, HIIT, strength, etc.). No experience required.
- 8-week training program
- Online training - Zoom
- Meets every Friday from 10:00am-11:30am
- March 4th - April 29th (no training over spring break)
- Only $25 - Includes course instruction and materials
