How does it work?

1. Two lessons are delivered every week. Once a session starts, two lessons will be released every Wednesday and Friday for the six-week duration of your course. You do not have to be present, and you will have access to all lessons until the course ends. The accompanying interactive Discussion Area will automatically close two weeks after the lesson is released, so you’re encouraged to complete each lesson within two weeks of its release.

2. Instructional materials and assignments are included. Lessons include text-based practical instruction, illustrated examples, audio files if needed and supplemental material that your instructor thinks you'll find helpful or interesting. In addition, your lessons will be accompanied by an assignment that will help you gain practical first-hand experience with the new skills taught in the course. These assignments will be optional and self-evaluating. Please note some courses will require feedback from your instructor, which will be provided within the Discussion Area of the classroom.

3. Discussion areas accompany each class. The ed2go classroom is built around a set of 12 interactive Discussion Areas that permit students to ask and answer questions related to the 12 lessons that make up the course. The interactions in the Discussion Area are richer and more rewarding when all students are progressing through the course at the same pace, as in an on-campus course.

4. Complete quizzes to test comprehension. Each time you complete a lesson you will be asked to take a brief multiple-choice quiz. These interactive quizzes are designed to test your comprehension of the course material. When you complete a quiz, you will receive instant analysis of your work.

5. Pass the final exam to receive an award of completion. The final exam will be released on the same day as the last lesson. Once the Final Exam has been released, you will have two weeks plus 10 days to complete the Final and finish any remaining lessons in your course. Upon completing a course with a passing score, you will get an award of completion from your learning institution.
