• If you want to receive your acceptance letter and I-20 quickly, you should also add US$75 to have them mailed to you by express mail.

All submitted items become property of UW-Green Bay and cannot be returned or forwarded. Due to student health insurance policy, you must be 18 years old by the time you arrive at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay to be eligible for admission. Send all documentation to:
