Your conference site must effectively support your event requirements. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, we will:

Provide evaluation of potential sites
Contract with facility for meeting space
Contract sleeping room blocks
Make catering arrangements
Configure meeting space
Make all audio visual arrangements
