Legal Studies, Law & Society, Sociological Theory, RaceDr. Kleps's research focuses on how extra-legal social and personal factors influence judicial decisions and how the legal system constructs the concept of illegal discrimination. Prior to pursuing his doctorate at Ohio State University, Dr. Kleps worked as an attorney in Atlanta, Georgia on a variety of employment law issues.
