John Arendt

Responsibilities

John is responsible for seeking and developing relationships within the New North region of Wisconsin to support the mission of EMBI. That mission includes: providing outreach services to businesses and agencies that seek options for addressing environmental problems by enlisting students to participate in campus/community collaborations and promoting research by faculty and students aimed improving environmental sustainability of the New North region.

John also serves as the supervisor for many sustainability related internships, interacting with both the internship sponsoring organization and the Human Resources department at UW-Green Bay.  John Arendt's academic experience and interests include resource management, waste reduction, and sustainability.
