Matthew Geimer is a Lecturer of Business Law for the Austin E. Cofrin School of Business at UW–Green Bay.
 
He received his B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities (2003) and J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School (2005). Mr. Geimer practiced law at Geimer & Orcutt Law, S.C., Green Bay, Wisconsin for approximately ten years. His practice focused on estate planning and elder law including drafting wills, powers of attorney and trusts, probate, taxation, real estate transactions and guardianship. He also advised clients regarding government benefits programs including Medical Assistance, Medicare and Supplemental Security Income. 
 
Mr. Geimer currently teaches business law courses including Legal Environment of Business and Law and the Individual. He was invited to be a member of the Online Teaching Fellows program of UW – Green Bay.
 
Mr. Geimer has been involved in various community and charitable organizations. He is a current member and past chair of the Village of Allouez Economic Development Committee and regularly serves as an instructor for the Lifelong Learning Institute of UW – Green Bay. Mr. Geimer is also a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin (inactive).
