We are offering six professional workshops on topics that range from AI to Real Colors® and integrate hard and soft skills. Workshops will be a fit for entrepreneurs and professionals with responsibilities in operations, human resource management or new business development.

Sign up for one workshop or all six.

Workshops are $25 each, or $15 if you are a member of the Marinette Menominee Chamber of Commerce or Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce. The fee includes lunch, which will be served at 12 p.m. unless otherwise indicated.

Real Colors®

May 30

UW-Green Bay, Marinette Campus

Real Colors® is a fun, interactive workshop that will provide you with skills to understand human behavior that are easy to incorporate into everyday life. Participants will immediately begin to see the world from a new perspective—and have fun doing it. You will become familiar with the Real Colors Personality Type Test, a friendly, intuitive tool that identifies four personality types common to all people: Gold, Green, Blue, and Orange.

The workshop is appropriate for any and all professional interacting with team mates and will increase your understanding of human behavior, uncover motivators specific to each temperament that will assist you in improving communications and managing employees.

Teri has a passion for education and has been in the field for over 28 years. As former Executive Regional Manager in the Division of Continuing Education and Workforce Training at UW-Green Bay, she oversaw high quality, continuing education courses for licensure and noncredit and for-credit certificates, events and other learning opportunities.
