Flexible Learning Opportunities

If you work under a Medicaid waiver program or Managed Care Organization and are a new or existing supervisor or team leader, you may be eligible for our free HCBS Management Training Series, which will focus on core management topics, including conflict resolution, interpersonal communication, critical thinking and operational management skills. Built to serve professionals without any post-secondary education, the series will provide flexible learning opportunities for managers to tailor their programs based on their needs. Learn how to manage better by improving your leadership skills, empowering you to motivate, retain and reduce turnover of direct care staff. Position yourself for promotion from within.

The HCBS Management Training Series will provide your choice of credit and noncredit learning opportunities available online, offering stackable credentials that can be earned on top or alongside of other certificates, creating a foundation for future degree-completion.
