The Rocky Horror Show

The fall semester will feature the rock musical theatre experience, The Rocky Horror Show.  In this cult classic, sweethearts Brad and Janet, stuck with a flat tire during a storm, discover the eerie mansion of Dr. Frank-N-Furter, a transvestite scientist. As their innocence is lost, Brad and Janet meet a houseful of wild characters, including a rocking biker and a creepy butler. Through elaborate dances and rock songs, Frank-N-Furter unveils his latest creation: a muscular man named "Rocky." "A socko wacko weirdo rock concert." - WNBC TV

Performances will be Friday, October 26, and Saturday, October 27, at 7:30 PM. Tickets will be available at the UW Green Bay – Manitowoc theatre website after October 1.

Spring Original Play Festival

The spring semester will include a festival of original short plays around the theme of “Empathy: Absence and Presence and Impact”. Script submissions will be accepted through December 31 with readings of selections in February and staging and performances the weekend of March 15.
