This site pulls together existing information in one central location, and breaks down information into easy-to-reference areas to help you find what you need.
Trans Families: inspires hope, increases understanding and creates a visible pathway to support trans and gender-diverse children and all those who touch their lives. They offer online support groups for anyone interested.
