Segregated Fees & Allocation

Segregated University Fee Allocation Committee (SUFAC) is the official organization in the Student Government Association which is responsible for the distribution of segregated university fee monies (allocations for distribution among the various student organizations and services) and for overseeing the use of segregated fees. SUFAC also advises the Chancellor about decisions concerning monies. Review involves recommendations on increases, decreases, or the continuation of existing fees paid by the students each semester.

Budget Training for 2025/26 Student Org Budgets is located on the Registered Student Organization CANVAS page. There is a power point and quiz. Students need to get 100% on the quiz in order to be eligible to submit a budget for their organization. The person submitting the budget to SUFAC is the only one that needs to be budget trained however it would be good to have all the E-board members familiar with the process and rules related to money. There is no penalty to having more people budget trained.

After budget training, the organization must complete a Budget Workbook (see forms, below) and one person is to submit it to SUFAC by Sunday, December 8 at 11:59 PM. Late budgets will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS!

SUFAC meets every Thursday at 5:15 pm. Contact us for the meeting location. Any student with at least a 2.0 GPA is welcomed to apply. Interested students should fill out an At Large application form (found at the bottom of this page) or contact the Speaker of the Senate to join through Student Senate seats.

Budget Forms

Please submit the budget workbook via email to sosufac@uwgb.edu. Annual budget workbook is due December 8, 11:59 PM. NO EXCEPTIONS. Contingency and org-startup request forms are accepted on a rolling basis.

All budget forms may be found within Phoenix Connect under SUFAC Contingency Forms.
