Biography

Denise serves as head of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay's Dance program and Artistic Director of DanceWorks, A Concert of Dance.  She is a master teacher in the areas of jazz, tap and musical theatre dance specializing in the Giordano Jazz Dance Technique.  Denise is certified from the Laban/Barteneiff Institute of Movement Studies in NYC and London, England.  She is also a member of the American Jazz Dance World Congress, National Dance Association, National Dance Educators of America, and held the position of Dance Magazine’s National Dance Week regional director.  Denise has given master classes at the American College Theatre Festival and the American College Dance Festival with original choreography chosen to participate in regional ACDF festivals.
