Who Can Apply

UW-Green Bay Upward Bound currently serves eighty (80) students per year. Applications for new participants are generally accepted during the second semester of each school year in anticipation of replacing graduating seniors for the coming school year. However, students can apply at anytime and be put on a waiting list until space becomes available. Graduating 8th graders who will be attending Green Bay East, Preble, Southwest, or West High School the coming school year are eligible to apply as well during that time.

Access For All

Upward Bound does not discriminate in any manner on the basis of race, age, color, religion, veteran's status, national origin, gender or handicap in its selection process.
