Your classes will be live online with Zoom and offline learning work.

Courses are $99 each or $449 for the entire certificate.
Essential Courses
Become a confident and effective leader.
Led by experienced professionals, each course involves engaging discussions, interactive activities, and opportunities to reflect and apply learnings to real life scenarios. Courses are hosted live via Zoom and approximately 30 minutes of offline learning work. Courses are offered ala carte—take one or more to bolster experience and improve promotability.
Women in Leadership

Influence Without Authority

Successful leadership requires effectively gaining support and cooperation from others. Mastering the art of persuasion is even more critical when we are not in a position of formal authority. This session will explore principles of effective leadership and the key factors that impact influence. You will develop skills to build alliances, inspire action and show up as a leader every day.

When registering for the complete Emerging Leadership Certificate, please select the "register for certificate" option and all five classes. You must complete all five sessions to earn the certificate and receive the digital badge.

Karen Lancelle
Executive Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer, Schreiber FoodsKaren Lancelle is Executive Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer, U.S. She joined Schreiber in 2000. Karen earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin. In the community, Karen is an active member on the Freedom House Ministries Board, the Marquette University Supply Chain Advisory Board and is also an advisory board member for the Schreiber Foods Institute for Women’s Leadership at UW-Green Bay.
Emily Limberg
Business & Strategy Consultant, The Utech GroupWith over 15 years of experience, Emily Limberg has worked with organizations in the areas of talent development, employee engagement and change management. Throughout her professional career, the teams she has led and been a part of have been focused on measuring corporate culture, improving workplace communication and enhancing inclusive leadership. She strives to support and encourage leaders at all levels to understand their role in shaping company culture.
Katie Loehlein

She also possesses a strong background in HR and has worked with employees across all levels of an organization to create and implement organizational change. Pa Lee Moua, Ph.D.
Executive Director, Schreiber Institute for Women's LeadershipPa Lee has a passion for helping others. With more than 20 years of experience in education, she is committed to changing and transforming the educational system so that everyone has access to opportunities. In addition to her educational background, she serves on multiple boards and is actively engaged in community events. Pa Lee earned her doctorate degree in Leadership Studies.
Sheri Treu
Director of Organizational Effectiveness, Menasha CorporationSheri has more than 20 years of Human Resources and organizational development experience. Most recently, she had been, focusing on implementing culture change at the Menasha Corporation. Sheri is a certified Professional in Human Resources and a Professional Coach. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is finalizing her Master’s Degree in Organizational Development.
