Goals for Accreditation

The University's goals of the accreditation process and planning are simple.

We Strive For:

Broad Participation - Engage broad participation throughout the university in terms of gathering evidence for the assurance argument, encouraging the analysis of the institution's performance, and reviewing conclusions and recommendations.

Transparency - Providing the University Administration, Faculty, Staff, and Students, the Chancellor's Council of Trustees, and other stakeholders with accurate and timely information about the HLC accreditation process.

Continuous Improvement - Compiling, analyzing and using data for decision making at all levels of the University that will improve the programs and practices in support of the University's mission.

Reaffirmation - Achieving continued institutional accreditation by meeting all HLC Criteria for Accreditation and achieving all Federal Compliance requirements.
