2007 Accreditation Visit
UWGB has been accredited by the HLC since 1972. Its last comprehensive evaluation occurred in 2007. The Self-Study Report generated for that visit and the HLC’s final report are available below.
As a result of the 2007 Accreditation report, directly or indirectly, UWGB has engaged in numerous activities to improve the quality of education it delivers. Such efforts include the MLLO Project and the development of Institutional learning Outcomes, the promotion of Diversity and Inclusive Excellence, the creation of the Gateways to Phoenix Success (GPS) program and the revision of the University General Education program, the creation of a Committee on Workload and Compensation and continual efforts to improve institutional strategic planning, among many other initiatives.
