Services & Amenities

Contract Types

UW-Green Bay offers five different types of housing contracts that vary by length of term to meet the needs of our residents.

Academic Year

Academic year housing contracts are for the entire academic year (including winter break). Academic year rates apply. While this is a continuous stay, the rate is paid in two payments, one in each fall and spring semesters.

Summer & Academic Year

Year-round housing contracts are for a continuous stay in one accommodation for the entire summer through the entire academic year (including winter break). Year-round rates apply. While this is a continuous stay, the rate is paid in three payments (due at the beginning of summer, fall and spring terms).

Semester Only

Spring only housing contracts are available for the spring academic term. Special spring term dates and rates apply.

Housing Fees

In addition to housing costs, fees apply.

Application Fee

A $50 application fee is required at the time the Housing contract is submitted. This fee is non-refundable.

Miscellaneous Charges

Any fees that are assessed will be applied to student SIS accounts and an email will be sent with a brief description of charges. Common student charges include lock outs, or room cleaning charges. Please be sure to follow proper move in/out instructions. You may submit an appeal for charges you feel are inappropriate by using the online Damage Appeal Form.

Payment Plans

Housing costs are charged to your SIS accounts as payments due at the beginning of each term. For information about additional payment plan options, contact Student Billing.
