Apr 25	Heard and then saw Chimney Swifts on April 25th in Wautoma, Waushara Co., Wi. This is the first time I have seen this species in April since I moved here 16 years ago. Michael Reese.

Apr 21	Box Elder (Acer negundo) in flower UWGB, some upland trees in City GB as early as 04/19. Also City GB Yellow Rocket (Barbarea vulgaris) and Gill-oer-the-ground (Glechoma hederacea); Toothwort (Dentaria laciniata) UWGB.
Apr 19	Juniper (Juniperus chinensis) UWGB; Norway Maple (Acer platanoides) and Henbit (Lamium amplexicaule) City GB.

April 1	A few Hepaticas and Bloodroots (Sanguinaria canadensis) in flower on shallow, dry soils at the base of the Door peninsula. First Bloodroot in flower UWGB 04/04.
