She is the point person for Navigate configurations, training, student intervention data reports & analysis.

Pooja Agarwal is an Associate Lecturer in Business for the Austin E. Cofrin School of Business at UW-Green Bay. She earned her Masters in Education Administration & Organization Development from Kent State University, Ohio in 2001 and a Masters in Business Administration from B. R. Ambedkar University in India in 2000. She has her Bachelors in Science from India.

Pooja is currently teaching Business Statistics and Business Computer Applications. She has taught courses in HR Management including Compensation and Benefits Planning, Training and Development, and HR Management in Healthcare. 

Pooja has recently accepted the position of Student Services Evaluation and Retention Coordinator within the Provost office.

Pooja serves as the Board of Directors for a local non-profit YWCA. She is also the chairperson of YWCA’s Community Services and Programming committee and is responsible for leading the committee in planning events pertaining to eliminating racism, educating and empowering women in larger Green Bay Community. She also serves as a faculty advisor for the student org called South Asian Student Alliance at UW-Green Bay.
