Telling Our Story

The Office of Marketing and University Communication (M/UC) brings UW-Green Bay’s story to life in creative and compelling ways. Utilizing a strategic mix of traditional and emerging marketing and communication channels, we target our message to the right person in the right place at the right time for the right reasons. Using an integrated approach that considers both marketing and communication strategies, our team collaborates with University and community subject matter experts to highlight UW-Green Bay students, faculty, staff, alumni, programs that are making a difference in our world and that are on the rise. 

Services We Provide

M/UC is experiencing a high volume of projects at this time. Submit your project request four to six weeks in advance of when the project is needed. We will respond to your request within two weeks, indicating our ability to assist with your project at this time. We are currently deferring projects to a waiting list due to high volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We handle design projects, like posters, fliers, brochures, mailers, booklets, emails and web graphics as well as print purchasingSubmit your project request four to six weeks in advance of when the project is needed. We will respond to your request within two weeks. Templates for quick designs are available in the University's brand template tool. Check with your supervisor for designated users in your area.

Our goal is to consistently present a recognizable, high-quality standard of communication that authentically represents the excellent UW-Green Bay experience. These identity tools are to facilitate efficiencies, promote recognition of our institutional image and foster large-scale discussion of what it means to be a part of the UW-Green Bay community.
