Learn More About Our Faculty

Meet Vallari Chandna

Vallari Chandna is an Assistant Professor of Management for the Austin E. Cofrin School of Business at UW-Green Bay. Her current research interests are in strategy and entrepreneurship including virtual entrepreneurship, new organizational forms (temporary organizations), degrowth, sustainability, individual and organizational issues in start-ups, and inter-organizational relationships. Her focus is on examining how novel contexts affect our understanding of conventional theories, how we can adapt and apply traditional theories in these contexts to better understand phenomena of interest and how traditional relationships between constructs hold up in new or unusual contexts. Dr. Chandna is currently teaching Organizational Behavior, E-Entrepreneurship and Digital Management, Leading Sustainable Organizations and the business capstone course, Strategic Management.
