General Information

The Payroll Office is committed to processing accurate and timely payments to all UW-Green Bay employees. This includes assisting with personnel action (PA) forms, providing support on any timesheet questions, and handling leave inquiries.

As of September 2019, the Office of Human Resources & Workforce Diversity has partnered with UW-Shared Services to handle the day-to-day bi-weekly payroll processing functions for University Staff and student employees.  For timesheet, payroll processing and earnings statement questions, contact  Amy Bobylak, Payroll Specialist, at ‚Äčor (608) 262-0277.

Monthly payroll processing for Faculty, Academic Staff and Limited employees continues to be handled directly by the Office of Human Resources & Workforce Diversity.  Any questions related to the monthly payroll or concerns with the bi-weekly payroll may be directed to Kimberly Sipiorski, Payroll & Benefits Supervisor at or (920) 465-2196.
