Meet Pieter deHart

Pieter deHart is the Associate Vice Chancellor for Graduate Studies. In this role, he provides leadership for both the Office of Grants and Research and the Office of Graduate Studies. Dr. deHart has a Ph.D. in Marine Biology from the University of Alaska, Fairbanks, and came to us most recently from Maine where he served as the Dean of Environmental Conservation and Research and Professor of Biology at Unity College. He is excited to be a part of the UW-Green Bay community and connecting our wide selection of graduate programs, courses, and research endeavors at UW-Green Bay to a broad array of constituents in order to better serve the needs of learners extending from Green Bay to national and international communities.
