In the School of Business, we help you develop a broad understanding of Human Resource Management, including the current challenges and the strategic management of HR. We develop your technical, interpersonal, business, and leadership HR competencies to better prepare you to be an effective HR professional working with today’s increasingly diverse workforce. Through opportunities for experiential learning, you will gain practical knowledge of the HRM functions and acquire the skills necessary to be competitive on job market. You could also launch your HR industry footprint through joining our collegiate Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

We accept courses from all Technical Colleges in Wisconsin and have created agreements with specific Associate Degree programs at Gateway Technical College, FVTC, NTC, and NWTC.

Tina Norman

Learn More About Our Faculty

Meet Tina Norman

Tina Norman is an Associate Lecturer for the Austin E. Cofrin School of Business at UW-Green Bay. As an undergraduate, Tina majored in Psychology at UW-Platteville. She went on to earn her MS-MOB from Silver Lake college in Manitowoc. In addition, she holds both the PHR and SHRM-CP human resources certificates. Tina is active with the Green Bay Area SHRM Chapter where she is currently the Board President. Tina brings almost 20 years of experience in leadership and HR. She works full time for Ameriprise Auto & Home Insurance where she is the HRBP Director.
