How to Squat

Learn the proper techniques to completing a barbell squat with personal trainer, Abby Heil. She'll teach you how to warm up and all of the basics to executing the exercise.

Abby Russell
Abby has been an outstanding team member over the past year. Whether she is in the group fitness studio teaching Dance Fitness or in the weight room, Abby is always friendly and positive. She is a very dedicated and reliable employee, always picking up shifts last minute and volunteering numerous times to help out with projects and events.

Pool Hours

Pool is closed Sunday, October 14th due to lifeguard training.  

7:30am—9:00am Lap Swim
11:00am—1:00pm Lap Swim
6:00pm—9:00pm Recreational Swim

2:00pm—5:00pm Recreational Swim
