If You Need to Change Your Appointment
Should you need to reschedule a coaching session, you may do so by providing 24 hours notice in advance of your appointment and making up the session within a week of the originally scheduled date. If a coaching appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the coach has the discretion to allow rescheduling or may bill the client a $50 cancellation fee for loss of work time. It is important that you prioritize this work to receive the full benefit of your coaching sessions.
Meet Your Coach
Kristin Odell, PHR
Kristin has 20+ years of experience working in human resource leadership roles focused on employee and leadership development, strengths coaching, hiring and engagement, and legal compliance. Kristin’s knowledge ranges across both publicly traded Fortune 500 organizations as well as non-profits and small-cap family-owned businesses.
She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, and a Gallup Engagement Champion. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh with a focus in Human Resources and Legal Studies. Kristin has facilitated continuing education classes with UW-Green Bay for a number of years and has covered topics including HR for Supervisors and Leaders, Strengths, and Building Strong Networks.

Certificate programs are a new approach to education for working adults, offering specialized training in a skill-set immediately transferable to a position or industry.
