GB Welcome Overview

What is GB Welcome?

Three and a half of the most important days of your UW-Green Bay experience, GB Welcome is designed to welcome new students to the Phoenix family! GB Welcome will be held August 29 - September 1, 2021 and will include both in-person and virtual experiences for students.

Student Ambassadors will guide students through their experience as they learn more about the university, meet others, and prepare to start their fall semester.

COVID-19 Information & Vaccination

With the safety of our Phoenix family always on our minds, we are closely monitoring and evaluating the situation around COVID-19 to ensure we are taking the necessary measures to protect your health and well-being. At this time, all students, faculty, and staff will be asked to wear a mask or face covering while inside campus buildings.

Students who are fully vaccinated and upload documentation via the exemption request form will be automatically entered in the 70 in a Phlash campaign. This opens the door to win various prizes, including UW-Green Bay merchandise, events tickets, and even scholarships.
If you have not yet received your COVID-19 vaccine and would like to, there will be a free drop-in vaccination clinic on Sunday, August 29 from 8:00 AM-4:00 PM in the Hendrickson Community Center.
Stay informed on our campus response and fall plans through the Phoenix Forward website.
