Required Labor Postings

This page provides access to employment-related notices required by federal and state law. These postings are made available for public inspection and transparency. Some notices apply only to specific employment situations, such as visa sponsorship. Others apply broadly to employment at UW-Green Bay.

Labor Condition Applications

In compliance with Department of Labor requirements for employers petitioning for non-immigrant work visas, this page lists positions for which the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay intends to hire non-immigrant employees. Candidates have already been selected to fill the positions. The Labor Condition Application is not a posting for an open position. Each LCA Notice will be posted for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days, starting on the date the LCA was filed with the Department of Labor.

Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the labor condition application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the labor condition application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.

All labor condition applications pertaining to these positions are available for public inspection at the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay.
