Hello! My name is Henziel Jusino and I joined the Multicultural Resource Center team at the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay as the Multicultural Advisor in the Spring of 2024.
I was born and raised in Chicago and recently moved to the Green Bay metropolitan area in December 2021. I identify as Latino, specifically Puerto Rican, and in 2012 I became the first person in my family to attend college. In 2016 and 2020, I graduated from DePaul University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Education in Counseling respectively.
am passionate about serving students to achieve their goals and dreams. As a first-generation, low-income, student of color, I understand the challenges students may face when attending college and hope to guide students in overcoming those challenges. I am truly excited and honored to serve the students at University of Wisconsin – Green Bay.
My hobbies include playing video games which include Super Mario, Super Smash Bros. and The Legend of Zelda just to name a few and watching shows/films related to Star Wars and Marvel Cinematic Universe.
