Leadership takes time. The value it brings to your nonprofit is limitless.

The program is participant-directed and will comprise monthly cohort meetings and monthly 1:1 meetings with the coach. We will also create a private LinkedIn group and encourage engagement. The program ends with a celebration dinner.

Our participant-driven virtual coaching sessions provide a confidential space for nonprofit executive directors to step back, reflect and focus on what matters most. Whether you're navigating board dynamics, facing staff challenges, building your fundraising confidence or clarifying your leadership vision, these sessions are designed to meet you where you are—and support your growth as an authentic, mission-driven leader.

Celebration Dinner

After the cohort concludes in February, we will come together as a group for a celebratory dinner to share successes and personal growth.
