Zhuoli Axelton

Zhuoli Axelton, Ph.D., CPA/PFS, is an Assistant Professor of Accounting. She earned her Ph.D. in accounting from Washington State University in 2021.  Her research explores topics in taxation, auditing, and the intersection of technology and business. Her scholarship has been published in renowned journals, including the Journal of the American Taxation Association, Accounting & Finance, Information Technology & People, and Issues in Accounting Education. She teaches Principles of Financial Accounting, Intermediate Accounting I, both introductory and advanced courses in income tax theory and practice, and Accounting Capstone.
