Keynote: Curiosity, Change and Community: Shaping the Future Together

Speaker: Jess Lambrecht

Change is constant—but how we respond to it is what defines our impact. In this engaging and interactive session, we’ll explore the concept of Adaptability Quotient (AQ), inspired by the work of Liz Tran, and what it means for individuals navigating ongoing change. Together, we’ll examine how adaptability shows up across generations, how it connects to lifelong learning and why it’s a critical skill for thriving within the evolving landscape of higher education. We’ll also explore the role each of us plays in shaping a resilient, forward-thinking community. You’ll leave with practical ways to strengthen your own adaptability, support others through change and contribute to a culture that is responsive, connected and ready for what’s next.
