Reach Your Full Potential

For All Students

Whether you're fully online or in-person, undergraduate or graduate, near or far, coaches are here for you.

Meeting Modality

If you prefer to meet in-person, online or even on the phone, we've got you covered.

Holistic Support

Reach your academic, personal and professional goals with the support and connection of a coach.

What to Expect at Your First Meeting

The first step to figuring out how to make college work for you.

This is your chance to be open, ask questions and be heard without judgment. The first meeting lasts up to one hour; all meetings afterward are 30 minutes. In the first meeting, your coach will get to know you, helping you identify your goals and discussing what brings you to coaching. You'll collaborate with your coach on a simple next-step plan so you can leave with direction and clarity. After you and your coach have set priorities and goals, you'll schedule regular check-ins.

Support that gives you confidence

UW-Green Bay's Student Success Coaches are here to make sure you feel supported, connected and confident as you move through your college journey.

Create a Step-by-Step Plan

Your coach will help you create a clear, step-by-step plan for success, while exploring different strategies and pathways to move forward.

Connect You With Resources

Make sure you're supported beyond coaching sessions by getting connected with campus resources and support systems.

Motivate & Encourage You

Gain a partner in your corner who recognizes and celebrates both small and significant achievements, helping you stay motivated on your journey.

Find More Support

College is an exciting time: it can help ignite your potential and show you more about the world. But it can also be overwhelming. At UW-Green Bay, you don't have to do it alone. TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) is specifically designed for first-generation students, low-income eligible students and/or students with disabilities. You'll gain a project director and two student success coaches who are here to support you every step of the way.

Seek Support

"It's just natural to seek help from others. Success Coaching has really helped me out. I was procrastinating constantly on my assignments. They really helped me space out my study periods and get me on track. My grades improved a lot, and with better time management, I was able to spend less time worrying and doing my assignments."
