SOARing on the PATH to meet people where they're at.
Join us on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 for this one-day conference that provides an opportunity for PATH and SOAR providers to enhance their skills and knowledge and promote best practices in working with people who are at imminent risk of being or are currently unhoused.

This conference features five engaging sessions, with breakfast, lunch and continuing education hours provided. Registered participants will be provided with a parking permit for the day.
