Change starts small. But it feels big—where do you start? Civics Week is a week-long series of events designed to help our community answer this question. Through interactive experiences, discussions and community-based activities, the week focuses on strengthening civic participation and community connection while helping participants understand how they can contribute to and shape their communities.

Strengthening Our Community
By encouraging dialogue and participation, we're forging stronger connections between students, campus partners and the broader community.
Led By Students
Student leaders design events, facilitate discussions and coordinate activities. Our students can build real-world skills in civic leadership, collaboration and community engagement.
Open to Campus & Community
All events are free and open to students, faculty, staff and community members. Civics Week is built for our community to strengthen connection and civic participation.
